What custom felt parts do buyers order?
- Adhesive-backed felt pads for OEM assembly: bumpers, stops and slide pads that stick on at the assembly line. Car interior parts are covered under automotive anti-rattle felt strips.

Who pays for the cutting die?
The buyer, once, for repeat parts. Samples are CNC knife cut so you can test the shape before any tooling.
Can you match a part I already use?
Yes. Send a sample and we measure it, suggest a grade and cut a matching sample.
Can you laser cut wool felt?
Rarely. Laser burns wool and leaves a smell, so wool parts are die or knife cut. Laser works well on polyester.
How much do custom felt parts cost?
It depends on felt grade, size, quantity and any adhesive backing. Send a drawing or a sample and we reply with a price within one working day. Sample charges vary by part and are set out in the quote. The minimum order is 100 pieces per part.
